"I BE GOOD"

"I Be Good- words of Micheal "

Beloved readers ,today I want to discuss some real stuff. After reading my article please share your precious views and experiences . As you all know that I really appreciate it. Thanks God, I am Muslim but yesh you can say that I m not very religious . Once under the blue moon I love to call and chat with my Qaree Sahib/ Maulana/Priest and like to get information and knowledge regarding Holy Quran verses. I, also discuss about my personal life peak-loads .

While chatting with Maulana Sahib/ Priest I discussed about my 10 consumers who are kind a my life as I took a challenge to help and make them to fight with their severe diagnosis , improve and recover their selves. For stating this sentence is very easy ,light and sound motivational. But by working directly with them everyday is kind a very tough ,rugged, full of trials. It seems like the rocky road to success or achievement ,violent and lawless and kind a ruffianly element. Whatever it is the challenge . I everyday fight ,struggle, engage ,quarrel, defend to overcome to make it happen that I can do it, I can do it and slowly with a very low speed toward my goal.

Hey , hey wait - I m sharing, calm down and keep reading. I want to discuss about my Micheal ,43 years old from Chicago, verbal with different sounds but using hardly 1-2 words in the sentence. Diagnosed with severe mentally retarded, developmental delay , behavior problem/aggressive, bipolar, autism and several other medical issues. He is anti-social, isolated young guy whose cognitive age is just 3 and half years , very tough and a challenging client . So far he was very abusive with all of his direct care staff, program staff, doctors, teachers, strangers etc . He only know “the NO’s” hardly listen to anyone. Since last 5-6 weeks I am his Program Coordinator and I love to do his direct care just want to see his two different personalities. Micheal has no control on his emotions. He can throw aggression by hitting, spitting ,destroy property etc etc. By applying a PCT (personal control techniques) after a while once he calm down he apologies and repeating sorry*, sorry* I be good*, I be good*. So far he is very good to me ,listens me want to be with me. I can make him calm down ..Hoop! Hoop! (Knock the wood). Why is that? I m same like the others. Why he listen me? Do you think it is the “Honey Moon Period” which will be over soon? Or whatever?

Well, I think so far I m successful because of these different techniques I am applying on him. Which are as following;-

~ By showing interest and realizing him that he is very special for me.
~ Through communication
~ By praising him
~Always trying the stuff which motivates him and using that to calm him down.
~ Treat him as his cognitive age
~ Be reasonable in expectations
~ By redirecting him with love and affection using rational techs.
~Don't sweat the small stuff ,,like by goes after his decent choice
~Distraction is your most powerful tool which I use when he is trying to be aggressive.
~During his aggression episodes I always started rubbing his arms and the back to calm him down.
~ Keep busy him in counting or watching movies, checking the pictures and plan what he will buy.
~Ignore use harsh discipline or showing power when he gets in the fight.
~Always try to develop the trusts, ones client feels loveable, safe and secure in his healer, the benefits are better.
~Model good behavior by using indirect method of communication e.g if direct care is present I will say ..listen John I do not like if someone says No to me. Angel never said No to me because he is good boy.
~By giving lots of praise, encouragement and reward.
~Always try to explore and learn to identify problem areas quickly why he gets upset.

Here is the interesting part of my discussion - while I was talking with the Qaree Sahib /Priest. He asked me about my job as I need some verses for my successful future. Once I discussed all about my job description he gave me several verses and stated that he would like me to read everyday before starting the work. It sounds like that Micheal has the Jinn/Ghosts. When I explained Qaree Sahib but Micheal is very nice to me then Qaree Sahib stated that it seems like that you have Jinn/Ghost too. Which are friends of Angel’s Jinn/Ghost... Qaree Sahib explained me several verses of the Holy Quran in which there is mention about Jinn/Ghosts.... Some of the verses of the Holy Quran..

“Indeed We created man from dried clay of black smooth mud. And We created the Jinn before that from the smokeless flame of fire” (Quran 15:26-27)
“I did not create the Jinn and mankind except to worship Me.” (Quran 51:56)
“Say (O’ Muhammed): It has been revealed to me that a group of Jinn listened and said; ‘Indeed we have heard a marvelous Quran. It guides unto righteousness so we have believed in it, and we will never make partners with our lord’.”(Quran 72:1-2)

After chatting with Qarre Sahib I recieved a call of my Dad. I discussed all what Qaree Sahib/Priest discussed with me and Dad stated yesh he is right. Then Dad shared his story when he was a kid, a girl from the village, age 16 years old has fits or temper tantrums or kind a hysteria attacks and that time all people were saying that she has ghost/jinn.... Huh???

At the end of the day I have a simple question that all of my clients who has severe behavior problem, developmental delay, mentally retarded, bipolar, depressed, autistic, phobia/fear , syndromes, cerebral palsy, epilepsy etc etc has a jinn/ghost. Wherever in the field of psychology they done different experiments ,theories regarding exorcism etc. Psychology says that when a person is obsessed about a particular thing, he is bound to think about it most of the time. An image form is formed in the mind and is unintentionally transferred to the subconscious mind; this sometimes leads to people perceiving objects. As soon as they are back from subconscious mind the image of the object disappears and consequently they fear and claim that there is a ghost.

Last but not the least- I would like to say that I love my clients , my work and my field. Whatever it is I can proudly say “that I consider myself one of them”.

God bless and keep smiling!

'I be good' what a lovely remark..

Regarding Jinns etc, firstly you should be careful before consulting any qaree sahib. Many of them are not authetic proper islamic religious scholars.

The verses Qaree sahib shared with you, do not prove or disprove that your patient/client or you are facing any trouble by Jins.

Secondly, I understand how psychology explains and interprets exorcism etc. But I think, there are so many different ways of interpretting just anything.

Let me give an example.

Psychiatry, says that a person may become mentally ill due to the deficiency of some particular chemical(s) in his brain. I do not think they are wrong. They are right. On the other hand an authentic, real, experienced islamic scholar who is trained in identifying and curing such mental illnesses may claim that this person has had a Jin on him or that someone tried some kind of magic on him. I think he too can be as right as the psychiatrist. In fact both are right. Isn't is possible that a person who is spiritually sensitive/weak/impure thus let a Jinn or a magic verse take control of him and thus lead to the deficiency of that particular chemical in the brain?
